UPDATE: To all you regular readers (yes, all 2 of you), you may have noticed how I've been mainly concentrating on concerts I've been to and (when I can be bothered), my travels. I've decided to keep the blog to mainly these two things for now because I don't really want to share my deepest darkest thoughts on a lot of things because that would make me even less popular than I already am...
ORIGINAL POST:
Hailing from the historical city of Melaka, Malaysia (Yeah Baby!), I arrived in the UK via the route tried and tested by oh-so-many South-East-Asians; university. Yes, like so many before me, I did the predictable thing by studying law (replace law with "engineering", "medicine" or "accountancy" and you will be able to picture the entire Malaysian student demographic in the UK). My studies brought me to the University of Leicester where admittedly I didn't get up to much debauchery* - cough, ahem - and I graduated with flying colours and ended up moving to London to do the Bar Exams for the sole reason that I wanted to live and party in London, not because I loved the law or anything gay like that. So London is where I have been ever since and my liver has not thanked me for it, the ungrateful wench.
1. For family & friends to keep in touch with what I get up to in London (if they give a flying);
2. So that I can justify the amount of money I spent on my MacBook (which is dying a slow death as we speak - damn you Apple!) [UPDATE: I really, really, fucking hate Apple. Once you use Mac you don't go back? My fucking arse. Give me Bill Gates any day, MAC SUCKS BALLS];
3. To maybe reach out to those thinking of moving to this ridiculously expensive city known as London as to what they can expect and how it will effect their mental health; and
4. To record my opinions on
Enjoy and do not hesitate to e-mail me if you really need to know more or to threaten me with a lawsuit if I refuse to remove a copyrighted image of yours within 7 days.
L xx
*depends on your definition of debauchery
